About us

Mission Statement

At Navigating for Change, our mission is to guide individuals and families across life’s most tender and transformative moments with compassion, creativity, and clinical excellence. We provide holistic, trauma-informed care for young children under five and their caregivers using Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to support emotional development and address behavioral challenges within the parent-child relationship.
We also walk alongside adults navigating major life transitions-such as the birth of a child, separation, divorce, grief, loss, and the empty-nester experience-honoring each story with sensitivity and personalized care. Drawing from an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and relational practices, we help clients build resilience, restore connection, and cultivate lasting well-being.
As a practice committed to growth at every level, we nurture the development of fellow clinicians through reflective supervision, experiential workshops, and dynamic training that foster insight, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. Whether you are seeking healing, transformation, or professional support, Navigating for Change is here to guide the way.

“In the process of letting go you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself”
